How do I choose a fragrance?
Start with the notes that call to you. Bright and citrus-forward, floral and romantic, or deep and woody. Using our scent descriptions as a starting point. Customer reviews are a great next step, since they capture how a fragrance actually wears over the course of a day. If you're still torn between a few, our sample sets let you try them on your own skin before committing to a full bottle.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, every Redolenece fragrance is 100% authentic, formulated by us and sourced directly from trusted, vetted suppliers. We stand fully behind the integrity of what's in every bottle. Authenticity isn't a policy for us, it's the baseline.
What is your shipping process
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase, with a tracking link sent as soon as it leaves our studio. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We want you to feel confident in every fragrance you choose, so if something's not quite right, we'll make it easy to fix.
